How do I access the planner after purchase?
How do I access the planner after purchase?
Once your order goes through, Shopify sends you an email with a link. Open it, download the PDF, and inside you'll find the link to your Google Sheets template. Click it, then go to File → Make a copy — that saves your own editable version straight to Google Drive.
Do I need special software?
Do I need special software?
Nothing to install. The planner runs on Google Sheets, which is free — you just need a Google account and a browser. Chrome or Safari work best. First-time setup is easier on a computer, but after that you can use it on your phone or tablet with the Google Sheets app.

Eight tabs, all connected. Enter your destination, dates, budget and traveler names once in Setup — the rest builds from there. Travel Spot for attractions, Planning & Booking for flights and stays, Daily Plan for your itinerary, Trip Budget to track spending, Trip Checklist for tasks, Packing List with a separate column per traveler.

Two parts: set your category limits (food, transport, activities, etc.) in Trip Budget, then log what you actually spend in the transaction tracker.

Yes. Add everyone in the Setup tab and they each get their own packing column. Tasks in the Trip Checklist can be assigned per person too. Works fine for couples, families, or a bigger group.
