All products are digital.
Right after purchase, you will receive a PDF download containing the link to access your Google Sheets template.
No physical items will be shipped.


πŸ“₯ I didn’t receive my download. What should I do?

Check your email inbox.
Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.
If you use Gmail, check the β€œUpdates” tab.

You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files.
If files are lost or deleted after delivery, a new purchase may be required.

We recommend saving a copy to your device.
We recommend saving a copy to Google Drive.
We recommend saving a copy to iCloud or Dropbox.


πŸ“– How do I use the Google Sheets template?

You will receive a PDF with a link to the template.
Open the link.
In Google Sheets, click File β†’ Make a copy.
Save it to your Google Drive.
You will now have your own editable version.


πŸ’» Do I need special software?

No.
Our templates work with Google Sheets, which is free to use.

You only need a browser (Google Chrome or Safari recommended).
You only need a Google account.


πŸ“± Can I use the files on my phone?

Yes.
You can open them using the Google Sheets app (iOS or Android).
You can open them using any standard PDF reader.

For editing, desktop or laptop is recommended for the best experience.


πŸ” Why can’t I edit the original sheet?

To protect formulas and layouts, the original file is view-only.
You must create your own copy in Google Sheets.
Go to File β†’ Make a copy.
This gives you full editing access.


♻️ Can I get a refund?

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not accept refunds.
We do not accept returns.
We do not accept cancellations.
We do not accept accidental purchases.
We do not accept β€œI changed my mind.”
