TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to DailyPlanners. By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT ONLY

All products sold by DailyPlanners are digital.
No physical items will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive a downloadable PDF that contains access to your Google Sheets template.
Delivery is instant after payment is confirmed.

2. PERSONAL USE LICENSE

All digital products are created by DailyPlanners and are protected by copyright.
You are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license.

You may not resell.
You may not redistribute.
You may not share.
You may not copy.
You may not rebrand.
You may not upload publicly.
You may not sub-license.
You may not modify and sell.
You may not include in your own digital products.
You may not claim the product as your own.

You may use the product only for your personal planning, organization, and budgeting purposes.
All intellectual property remains owned by DailyPlanners.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final.

We do not accept refunds.
We do not accept returns.
We do not accept cancellations.
We do not accept accidental purchases.
We do not accept “I changed my mind.”
We do not accept “I didn’t download the file.”
We do not accept “I didn’t understand how to use it.”

Once the file is delivered, the sale is complete.

Exceptions are only considered if you did not receive the download.
Exceptions are only considered if the file is technically corrupted and cannot be opened.
In those cases, we may provide a replacement.

4. HOW TO ACCESS YOUR PRODUCT

Your purchase includes a PDF download containing the Google Sheets link.

Open the PDF.
Click the Google Sheets link.
Go to File → Make a copy to create your personal version.

You must be logged in with your Google account to create the copy.

DailyPlanners is not responsible if you use the wrong email at checkout.
DailyPlanners is not responsible if you lose the file.
DailyPlanners is not responsible if you delete it.
DailyPlanners is not responsible if you erase formulas or break the template.
DailyPlanners is not responsible if you do not know how to make a copy.
DailyPlanners is not responsible if your Google account or device blocks access.

If you lose access, a new purchase may be required.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your digital product may be treated as fraudulent activity.

If a dispute is filed, your license is immediately terminated.
If a dispute is filed, access to all products and updates is revoked.
If a dispute is filed, your account may be permanently banned.
If a dispute is filed, legal or collection action may be taken.

6. COMPATIBILITY

Our products are designed for use with Google Sheets and standard PDF readers.

We are not responsible for device limitations.
We are not responsible for browser incompatibility.
We are not responsible for outdated software.
We are not responsible for user editing errors.
We are not responsible for formula changes made by the customer.

7. NO PROFESSIONAL OR FINANCIAL GUARANTEES

Our products are organizational tools created for personal use.

DailyPlanners does not guarantee financial results.
DailyPlanners does not guarantee savings.
DailyPlanners does not guarantee budgeting outcomes.
DailyPlanners does not guarantee successful travel or booking results.
DailyPlanners does not guarantee income increase.
DailyPlanners does not guarantee tax or legal benefits.

You are fully responsible for your financial, planning, and personal decisions.

DailyPlanners is not liable for losses of any kind.
DailyPlanners is not liable for incorrect budgeting.
DailyPlanners is not liable for failed trips or bookings.
DailyPlanners is not liable for spreadsheet errors.
DailyPlanners is not liable for misinterpretation of content.

8. UPDATES

We may update digital products, templates, or files at any time.

We are not required to provide future versions.
We are not required to offer upgrades.
We are not required to replace products if new editions release.

9. INTELELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

Every design, PDF, spreadsheet, layout, formula, template, graphic, and file sold is created by DailyPlanners and remains our intellectual property.

Unauthorized use will result in immediate license termination and may result in legal action.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through Italian courts.
